What are some really easy, cute nail designs I can do?

I'm looking for something creative and relatively easy. I have done: Polka dots Dice Yin/Yang Palm Tree Hearts Snowman Anything related to back-to-school would be appreciated! I've already done flowers as well, and I don't have any yellow paint or smiley faces would be cute.

10. zebra stripes, you can find tutorials on youtube about how to do it, you can do it with any color combination.
