English-Chinese Peranakan translation?

I am a student of interior architecture and am proposing a project of Chinese Peranakan Boutique Hotel in Penang, Malaysia for my final semester project. I need someone who can do an English-Peranakan translation, preferably English-Penang Peranakan Hokkien translation which could really help me to design the restaurant menus, spa brochure, and signages for the hotel.
