Barry on Hgtv's Hidden Potential?

Ok am I the only one, or isn't the concept of this show kinda dumb? People are buying old fixer uppers just to redo it....that part doesn't bother me...but the fact that Barry Woods comes up with these expensive ass prices to remodel rooms in the homes. The architect/designer Paige seems more reasonable with her estimates. She would stay way under the persons budget. Barry on the other hand moves kitchen and bathrooms, and its just ridiculous to me. His hand movements also annoy me...sometimes the potential homeowners look real disappointed with the estimates he presents to them.

1. I agree totally with you. If he wants to spend that much on dumb stuff he should open his wallet.
