bathrooms...?

colorado enacted a bill making it illegal to discriminate against a person for anything based on sexual orientation and transgender status, this includes womens restrooms and other such facilities what is your reaction to this new law? the bill is senate bill 08-200 and the wording reads that a person cannot be denied the use of facilities based on transgender status

2. Dear Miss, The existent separation of bathrooms for men and women is not based on discrimination protection, but in the plain and simple rights of privacy and intimacy. For that reason alone I think there won't be any problems with the continuation of bathroom separations just as they actually are. After all, a transsexual female person shouldn't generate any problems for women in general, specially in a bathrom, because for all legal and medical purposes she's no longer a male, but a female person. Besides that, in the hypothetical case a bad-intended tranvestite walks into a female bathroom, he won't have an excuse to show his penis around because it's not gonna have any urinals, but only wall-protected toilets. ---A. edited after Author's Q. alteration---
3. if a tranny goes into a female toilet and rips his peacock out to take a leak in view of the ladies in there, then yes i'd probably have a problem with it seeming as i don't want my wife to be harrased by some sicko. But if a real good hearted ladyboy wants to take a tinkle in a female booth, heck why not. It's not like any females walk around with their fuzzy wussies exposed in public toilets... do they?!
4. if you use a lot of bathrooms in places with lots of people around, you probably have already shared with a transgendered person and didn't even know it. everyone pees and poops. I used to work in an office with a male to female transgender named Lisa. She had a female figure at that point, but not a reassignment surgery. She used the women's bathroom, and none of the other 200 people or so there gave a rat's patootie about it. As it will be wherever you shall go...(no pun intended).
