The Effect of Carbon Dioxide on Photosynthesis?

How would I design a lab that would allow me to control the amount of carbon dioxide on a plant to see how it affects the rate of photosynthesis? I also have to measure the rate of temperature, so I am using an Elodea plant (water plant) so I can change the temperature of the water. I also need to see how light intensity affects the rate. Please help me as soon as you can!
