11. Just when I think I have everything I need in my kitchen, I find something new and wonderful. Now, this is just a simple item, but you need some of the silicone basting brushes. I always used the natural brushes, but did not feel comfortable with them after doing everything possible to clean them. These new brushes are great. They work great and you can clean them quickly and completely with just hot soapy water. I paid to much for the first one, then I found some at Deals (like Everythings A Dollar) and purchased some for everyone in my family. Don't take my word for it. Try it! You'll like it!
