1. The CCP workshops are the only ones i know who offer stage lighting design. The next one would be in UP diliman. But the classes are not offered all year round. Your best bet would be to apprentice under a lighting director in a theatrical production.
2. bocaue institute of vulcanizing.
3. considering manila is the brown out capital of the world, good luck finding enough candles to hold a class. :P
