How can I get the state to check some of the restaurants kitchens for being clean.?

I have seen some of the kitchens and wonder why they are allowed to serve food or have food in such a dirty place? Where is the health inspector?

1. restaurants get inspected 1-4 times a year. however, if you suspect anything that could be potentially dangerous to customers, contact your county health department.
2. Check with your local county health department as they usually license and inspect the businesses. Problem is there is too many restaurants and not enough inspectors to do this properly. Larger counties are worse.
3. They have constant inspections, but you can call the Health Department and file a complaint and they will act on it.
4. Make calls to your local Environmental Health Department and report them. Have your friends do likewise. Trust me, if they get enough calls about people getting sick, they will respond quickly.
