Need advice on cheese spread..Would a 5 cheese italian blend be ok instead of just provolone cheese??

  1. I often substitute Italian Cheese blend for parmesan and/or provolone. I think that it adds depth to the flavor. Your recipe probably will be great!
  2. The 5 cheese blend would be best, or if you have shredded mozzerela. Chedder would be good too, but I would stick with a white cheese if possible.
  3. the 5 cheese italian blend would be fine. I don't know about cheddar. It metls differently and can be oily but it would probably taste fine
  4. If that's all you have, then use it. But I don't think cheddar would taste very good with peppercinis. A combination of mozzarella and provolone would be fine though.......
