Why have Kraft Kitchens Food Experts answers not been chosen for any Best Answers?

they have answered 8 questions and no best answers. these guys are the food experts. Their answers are very good but no best answers yet.

1. HONESTLY THEY PROBABLY ARENT REALLY KRAFT EXPERTS......
2. Honestly, I don't know but I've seen some really crazy answers to questions that have been chosen by the asker as Best Answers. I guess it depends on the Asker, their likes and dislikes and what helps them the most. To me, I think that's the most important issue in Yahoo Answers is to help the Asker find what's right for them. But, I don't monitor other peoples answers, questions, opinions, thumbs up or thumbs down and such, I just put my best ideas that I have for the moment in my answers in hopes that it helps people, that's all.
