How many bathrooms do i need for my lounge?

Legally can I use just 1 unisex bathroom in my smoking lounge? Or do I need 2 separate bathrooms? Legally what are building requirements for Exits, Fire Extinguishers etc.?

2. This is impossible to answer. Refer to your city's planning and zoning department for code guidelines.
3. you should require people to wear diapers. that way you wouldn't need any bathrooms, much more efficient.
4. It depends on your clientelle and what you want your place to portray. One is fine for a casual place, especially if it is mostly men (smoking lounge). But you had better keep that place really clean and nice.
5. Only the city Fire Marshall and Zoning board can answer that. It may be based on building capacity. The bathroom will need to be handicap acessible
