What accent color can I use against black and white?

I am planning on redecorating my bathroom to a more modern feel. I am going to get a shower curtain that has rows of dots some black some white, but they are scatter all over place. Anyways, I was planning on using silver as my accent color, but it doesn't sound good. So i was thinking on using a vibrant yellow. Any suggestions? what color should i use?

2. canary yellow, teal blue or lime green all look amazing against black and white.....so does red. MY kitchen is black and white with red appliances...it is fabulous/
3. Red will look great. Yellow would also look good but maybe bumble beely- lol Bright Purple & silver would look good as well. Good Luck
4. You can go with "icy" colors like aqua, a cool green or a gray. Or warm colors like red, orange, lime green, bright yellow. Both your main colors are neutrals so the color can be anything you like! Or you can mix things up a bit by using several colors like orange and lemon yellow. Or red and purple....... Have fun with it!
5. I always liked silver with black and white. It looks clean and modern. But if you are looking for another color to add with it I would use teal. If you are not a fan of teal go with the vibrant yellow and get curtains that have sunflowers or yellow stripes. You can also get several yellow kitchen aid appliances (mixer, blender etc.) Have fun and congrats with the redecorating.
