I need help im 16 home alone and need ideas for supper?

i kinda wanna stay healthy. but then again it doesnt REALLY matter all that much to me. but heres everything i can think of that i could use. 98% fat free can of Chef Boy RD ravioli. I have little 2 serving size cans of Corn, Peas, Pork N' Beans, and Baked Beans. Two Gordons Salmon Fillets in the freezer. Baked lays Sour cream and onion chips... Oven roasted turkey slices... Fat-free Kraft Cheese slices, and shredded Salad. pancake mix eggs chicken noodle soup. white bread rice oats cheerios and much more like chicken noodle soup and stuff that every kitchen has such as milk and blah blah...i just need help makeing a balanced supper i dont wanna overdo it and eat to much but then again i dont wanna eat to little. then i could always order a pizza thats a choice i guess. or walk to the subway up the road. all ive had today is about 4 cups of cheerios and 3/4 a cup of skim milk. and an apple for breakfast(i always eat large amounts of cereal just never gets me full)

  1. Cereal is carbs and carbs will not fill you up. You need protein for that. Have a salmon filet, a nice salad and a potato or two or some peas. That's healthy and you will be full.

  5. r u serious u telling me u cnt find anyting well im 16 az well bt i dnt knw hw wel u can cook but.... make and omellet wiv da turkey and cheses and eggs. or if the rice iz already cooked add it in a wok /frying pan with oil and add eggs for chinese egg fried rice.
  6. I would probably thaw out one of the two salmon fillets. Steam it & season with salt, pepper, and lemon slices. If you don't have lemon, it's okay. I would also include the shredded salad, and a can of corn. It would make a nice balanced supper. You have protein from the salmon, complex carb from the salad, and carb from corn.
  7. make a cake for desert and make a salad also if u have some money then go to a local store and buy some chicken or SOMETHING!
