  1. I would go with solid bright colors. Making the room look larger.
  2. Print shower curtain sounds good to me i have a small bathroom and i put a really big mirro on one of the walls, not a cupboard mirror as that takes up too much space, but a large mirror to open the room up. It make it look bigger.
  3. omg! im currently redecorating my own small bathroom! its only about 5ftx5ft and it just has a shower/tub and a toilet with no windows. so my sister and i decided to go with a light blue and a new translucent shower curtain..? idk if thats what you would call it, it's just not opaque so that way it lets in more light. we are also putting up a small mirror, a small painting, and a little white rug. hopefully my ideas help you brainstorm!
  4. a) dont paint the walls a bright color. it is extremely overwhelming in such a small space. i would recommend pastels or light neutrals. b)you need some wall decor, but dont go overboard. 2 small peices was enough for my bathroom. also, if you dont have a mirror, get one. it gives the illusion of the room being larger. c)get a solid shower curtain. it gives the illusion that the room is less cluttered. however, a patterned shower curtain could work if it is simple. d) stick to a color scheme. it will make the room seem more uniform and organized.
  5. I would suggest you get a solid shower curtain, preferably in white. Use a very light colored paint on your walls. My recommendation would be a color called "Glimmer", from Sherwin William's. It is a very pale blue, which is a great choice for bathrooms. Your bathroom will appear larger if you don't use a lot of color in it. Therefore, white accessories such as rugs, toothbrush holder, soap dispenser, waste basket etc., would be a wise choice. A small piece of wall decor would be o.k.. If it is a picture make sure it has a white frame, or else you can paint the frame white if you choose. You could get a small piece of metal wall art, usually they are brown, so what I did, is apply latex primer and then painted it white. I also have a small bathroom, but wanted something on the wall. Good luck in your decorating. I am sure you will make your bathroom beautiful! Here's the web site to see the color choice I chose for your bathroom: http://www.sherwin.com/visualizer/
  6. I think a light colored curtain with a soft delicate print would work just nothing to busy to keep the room light and airy feeling, i think a solid curtain is kind of boring and would make the room feel smaller. As far as wall decor a nice picture or a group of small pictures to coordinate with your curtain or a nice swag of dried flowers over your door.
