How do you clean the micro fiber rags that come with CleanDr by Digital Innovations?

I purchased a cleaning solution for my computer screens that included a cleaning solution in a spray bottle and what I believe is a micro fiber cleaning cloth. The cleaning cloth is awfully dirty and don't know if I can machine wash it or if I have to wash it a certain way so it won't ruin the cloth. The cloth has that texture that grabs and pulls on your skin if that helps any body. The cleaning solution is CleanDr. by Digital Innovations. Thanks for the future help!

1. Yea, you can machine wash them. NO super perfumed washing detergent and NO DRYER. Let air dry. Brand new when cleaned!!!!
