If you had a kitchen installed through IKEA, how much did it cost for installation?

Obviously it all depends on the size of the project, but if I could figure out the cost per cabinet that would be great! They offer Corian and granite too, so I'll probably do everything through then except appliances. (Please only respond if you have an IKEA kitchen.) Thanks!

1. Don't buy an IKEA kitchen. Their stuff is junk and will not hold up or last!!!!
