I am considering stone veneer for an outdoor kitchen.I am skeptical about the real look. Does it look real?

Is there a brand that looks more real than others.

1. Just don't do it. Spend a little more money and get the real thing! It will really be worth it in the end!
2. i'll assume you are talking about cultured stone. its come along way in the last few years but i can tell the difference so i'll guess you can too. but its convenient. i would use 2 -3 in. wide real stone. if youre doing it yourself you should use the cultured stone.
