Are there businesses that will pay me to design web pages from home?

I need some money for a better car. Mine leaks oil, overheats if parked with engine running, and sometimes I need new bulbs for the blinker lights.

1. yes and no. yes: most likely you have to find the biz yourself. best place would be scriptlance.com there people would post jobs and if they are web design you can make them an offer. no: businesses usually need one or two web designs as most so no need to hire someone to do it (specially from home). the only exception would be to do much more than design, programming and devlopment can help you a lot.
