Design an experiment using LDR to investigate how intensity of light emitted by lamp varies with wavelength?

This is part of my AS Physics Practical Plan. we need to include how the wavelength of light falling on LDR is determined, how a measure of the intensity can be obtained from the LDR, the range and precision of instruments used, the factors needed to control to ensure a valid test, any saftey precautions needed, and features to ensure accuracy and reliability How the wavelength of the light falling on the LDR is determined How a measure of the intensity can be obtained from the LDR The range and precision of any instruments that would be used The factors that would need to be Any safety precautions you would take when carrying out the investigation Particular features of the design that would ensure the accuracy and reliability of your results

  1. put the ldr in a wheatstone bridge configuration, then connect that to a amp and a calibration box. You'll be able to find its sensitivity to light this way, to verify the intensity you can use a digital camera with gamma correction off and take sample images and record the input values across the ccd. You could then use differing source lights, they make bulbs with single wavelengths, although they are a bit pricey.
