Soon to be sister in-law expecting 3rd child, good gift for her????

Experienced Mother's???? My fiance's sister in law, whom is also my bridesmaid is expecting her 3rd baby, she is 3 weeks pregnant. I would like to get her something to show our support and congrats. She has been through rough times recently. She has two younger children so she has you know, all the neccessary items such as blankets, cribs, strollers, etc. I really am looking for a unique, useful gift. Even something just for the expecting momma:) Thanks in Advance for all your answers. Websites where I can buy online would be great too:)

1. A massage, manicure and pedicure at the local spa, a long with free babysitting so she'll have time to go.
2. I think you may want to consider giving her a gift card and let you pick and choose whatever she wants. It saves you the trouble and she'll get SHE really wants.

5. this sound funny, but get her one of those hand held shower-head attachments. They are great for washing kids hair as you don't have to mess with a glass and kids are more relaxed when you do this. I give these at baby showers and while not always appreciated at the time, the moms ALWAYS come back and thank me for that because it makes their lives so much easier.
6. Heidi's answer is straight on. Your time (watch her current two) so she can enjoy some time for herself (because she'll get very little once there's three of them) is a fantastic gift. Be careful about the chemicals of a mani/pedi but a pregnancy massage is a fantastic gift. There are many masseurs who specialize with pregnant women and will not cause them to go into labor. Also you can ask her (or better yet her husband) for an awesome idea - Good luck!
7. buy her a book to record her 9 months of pregnancy; or make her one if you like to scapbook.
8. This may sound like kind of a cop out gift but i think maybe a gift voucher for her for a facial. (for mum) and the other thing i thought of is a nice photo album with pages for first ie:- first tooth, first step, and page to put family tree, usually your local newsagent will have them. i have them for both my boys they are very hand and great to have for all your children.
9. For the baby I'd get a new baby book or something like a baby's ring that they will have forever. For her I'd do a gift certificate to Bath and Body Works so that she can get everything she'd like to have for her bath and she can smell nice. Sounds odd but I really appreciated getting these things because then I could pick out what I liked (there is so much to choose from) and I could take a hot bath at midnight if I wanted to. Nice pajamas that are practical for a girl who has just given birth is nice to have especially when you have to get up at night again and might not have a chance to shower or change clothes right away in the morning due to schedules.
10. when my best friend was pregnant i got her a nice tote bag filled with scented soaps, lotions, bubble baths,candles,a relaxing cd, all the stuff for a nice relaxing night in. even tylenol and earplugs just to be funny! everyone cracked up at those
