URGENT!! unique birthday gifts?

Im 18 and I wanna give my 17 yr old GF a nice b'day gift. my gf says that her 17th b'day is her most important b'day in her life. So, I MUST give her something special. please people, help me to think of a unique item I can make myself, which is UNIQUE. i beg you everyone... please help me..
