anyone have any unique ideas about diaper cakes and any other creative ideas what to do with baby items?

i have seen baby hoagies where they use spit up rags and baby towels to make these cute little sandwiches. and i have seen where they used items to make a baby pizza. but thats it! any other ideas out there?

3. If you are talking about things to do at a baby shower, you can get some plain Onesies and a lot of fabric markers and let all your guests have a great time decorating them.

5. you can take all the clothes the grew out of and make a quilt or use them to dress up teddy bears. if it is for a baby shower you could go buy a teddy and a out fit and dress it up and even put shoes on it.

7. Hi, I make diaper cakes. They resemble 3 tier wedding cakes, but are made out of diapers (all are usable) and contain hidden gifts inside the cake! They make wonderful baby shower gifts, or gifts for the new mommy to receive in the hospital or a welcome home present!
