I need math people and some creative minds. (Algebra 2 Probability) Slot Machine Project?

I need to design a slot machine. It'll show all windows of a 3 reel slot machine. My teacher wants it to be a poster but i want to have my 3 reels to scroll. I want to be able to move them. BUT HOW? i will have 5 different pictures total but each reel will hold 15 differnt combonations of these images. im doing a valentines day theme OTHER info: each play on the slot machine will cost a dollar. i need to determine the winning permutions and how much the person will pay out. the more an image appears on the reels, the less the slot should pay out. It must pay back between 80 and 95 cents on the dollar it must have a winner at least 15% of the time. i need to have a "legend" it has to show all the ways somebody can win. THE MATH: how much $$ is paid back on each dollar? (Expected Value) the probabilty for each type of win How much money will the casino take in given 300 players per hous, 20 hours of play per day and 1000 machines on the floor. HOW DO I EVEN GET STARTED?! what sounds better for the conrtuction of these moving reels... somethin like a paper towel roll? (i would use this but i need to fit 15 images around its circumfrence) or a really fat spool of thread? ...any other household things? i dont want to run out to the store just yet.

that sounds like an insanely fun yet tedious math problem. and i'd love to offer my help but not only am i at work, i would have to do it all on paper first. and i dont know if i fully understand what your saying.. 5 different pictuers, and 3 windows. you want each window to show 3 different pictures at a time? (one on top line, one mid line, and one bottom line), am i right? now each reel (per window) will have 15 different combinations the pictures can come up?
use a wire hanger and make it straight and make signs and stick it on to it.. then jus use tape to tape it to the poster and cover it up with sumthing... and cut holes in the paper where the slot squares are suppose to be so it can rotate.. or u can use two peices of poster paper and cut holes where the squares are suppose to be... then make all the signs u need to and attach them onto the wire that u made straigth from the hanger.. then put the wire between the two posters with the squares cut into them and glue the posters together... or u can do sumthin creative with toilet paper rolls...
