what website can i got to, to do creative things to pictures?

i want to write something on a picture of mine..also maybe put designs on it and make it look really cool id rather not download anything..i just want to go to a site and do it quick.

1. go to the corel website - you should be able to download a trial version of paint shop pro. It's pretty cool
2. Download Google Picassa I think that's how you spell it, it is awesome and free! You can do some really cool things to your pictures.
3. I've tried finding the same websites, and to be honest, i had no luck. I believe if you go to microsoft.com they have a free download for something similar to photoshop. when i downloaded it i had a 3 month free trial, so if you want it for longer than that you would have to go to the store and purchase one.
4. go search: photo filtre it takes seriously less than a minute to download and its a free version of photoshop. its really good i use it for all of mine =D and for other stuff theres always.... picasa paint photoshop
5. Imageforge Pro is a great program for what you're wanting to do. The link below will let you download a trial copy that will let you design your picture. If you like it you can buy it for under $30.
