PLEASE someone point me in the right direction. Website Designer?

I need a company who can help me design our company website. It seems there is no one who has the creative talent to complete this task. Anyone know a great website design company?

3. Well, my day job is embedded systems software engineering (for 13+ years), but I also do website design on the side. Perhaps I could help you, and it would be at a much better rate than a formal website design company, and no less high-quality (I don't release shoddy work, under any circumstances).
