i want to design each pages of computrize written report with colored construction paper using a scissor?

where can i find a website that let's me make a creative design of paper craft using only a colored construction paper and scissor o and a pencil as well and ruler For example, i will cut a star shape from the construction paper and paste it in computrize pages like a scrapbook. Thanks :)

1. I would google some school related digital scrapbook kits. I mean, unless you want to go through the trouble of actually cutting the shapes out, scanning them, saving them, then inserting them into your project.... Or if you're graphically inclined, then I would use a graphics program to make these items and work with them as you need.
