Anyone know a good site for creative designs (pertaining to resumes and cover letters) ?

I don't know what a creative design really is when people place it in a resume and their cover letter. Can some1 explain to me or at least give me sites to help me out???

1. did not know what you ment by creative design. resumes should be plan and printed on good quality paper. A creative designed resume is one that has a creative and clean look to the information that you have entered. this site, has many styles of resumes. check out all the different style that are presented on the page before you choose a resume style you like
