How many minorities currently work in a creative profession such as motion design/ animation?

Specificly African- Americans. If you have an answer by Gender (male or female) that would be helpful. Also how many minorities are in leadership roles in this industry? And if your are a Graphic designer/animator how many minorities are you aware of that work specificly as a Graphic Designers? Also a breakdown by race would be helpful such as African- Americans, Hispanic-Americans or Asian-Americans. I am doing research based on individuals within the creative industry. Please any information you give me would be helpful.

1. I am an African-American female graphic designer and illustrator. I do not know how many minorities are in leadership roles in this industry. In my workplace, there are 7 minorites: 1 black (me) 5 asian 1 east indian I also have a couple of friends who work in animation: 1 east indian 1 hispanic Hope this helps!
