Do you think the IPod can be developed further?

I really feel like the ipod has reached the end of its development., with only little potential remaning for innovation, since anything more than what they have right now will be unnecessary. Even the video function in the new generation of ipods is a little excessive. It seems like they have a few choices: 1) Cosmetic Development (increase memory, enlarge screen size, thinner models, high definition support, etc.) 2) Technological Development (integrate satellite radio support by collaboration with Sirius, and/or allow for TV reception and recording) What do you think? Is the ipod nearing its developmental end? And if not, what are some feasible ideas for innovation that are not going to be too crazy (like making phone calls or taking pictures)? Come to think of it, I kind of like the Sirius idea.

  1. Yea I think it can, How about a Internet service on I-pods. How about a Navigation system Incorporated as well. I like the Sirius Satellite Radio Idea. This is all I can think of now at this moment.
  2. They're coming out with a new iPod soon that will be entirely touch screen. Seriously. I thought the cell phone reached the end of it's development when they came out with the camera phone. Then the other day I played soccer with my friend ON his cell. Seriously. We kicked the ball and scored goals. We can't even imagine what they'll come out with next.
  3. they could always improve it, especially in terms of memory, battery life, more supports, voice recorder , radio...stuff that make people buy OTHER mp3s.
  4. yea, my friends mom works for apple and there might be a vid cam for it or a camera mayb more memmory and smaller models and touchscreen mayb voice commnads and definitely more colors for the video, maybe they can hav internet and can hav better hi def games
