- Get a cheap pc, a dial up internet connection, and microsoft frontpage. Check into verizon for a pc card that can give you wifi internet access if you're in a really remote area. Or contact a web designer and have a site made for you, which would probably be a cheaper idea in your situation. Although it would have to bea trusted business partner since payments will be made through the website.
- Best thing would be to go to a site which allows you to create your own free minisite within theirs. Publishing software can cost a lot of money and for one site probably isn't worth it. Try something like http://www.fusiveweb.co.uk/
- I don't know if it will be any use to you as I don't know if you can subscribe to it from Africa, but I use www.1and1.co.uk. You may be able to find a similar site. You pay a subscription for the service & build your website through their simple website builder using a template of your choice. It is very easy for beginners. I wouldn't know how to build a website from scratch & the software needed can be expensive. With this package I have built my own fully working internet shop & I can easily upload photos of new products etc. With effort & time you can make it look professional. Otherwise try setting up an Ebay store. My Ebay store is far more successful than my other website as Ebay is already an established brand.
- You can easily setup an online store through Site Build it. You don't have to have any special software. As long as you can get to the internet, you can make the site. They will also help you figure out how to get traffic based on what you are selling. I offered links with free information below.
