What cheap money making ideas would you give to African poor villages and families?

I would like to start up money generating projects in African villages . you moght have travelled to other poor nations ie in Asia etc and saw some innovations in either farming , brick making or any other projects etc . I would be grateful for your input

1. Sewing footballs for Premier League Clubs,though the've been doing that for years and people moaned calling it slave labour,it may pay peanuts but some would say, little is better than nothing when nothing is all you have..
2. If you owned grazing land,you could propose the idea of letting other herders graze on your land for a small fee. If they don't have the money ,then propose the idea of protecting their herds on your land for now and in the spring they give you half of all the newborns in their herds.
3. get them into education and higer education and that will be thier success for life! thats defiantely 1 heck of a money making project that will be rewarding and successful and then they can be teachers and help others and pass down knowledge etc and work too. also, stop cheap labour. they are humans just as much as every other human in the world. no1 is superior than the other. not even the kings, queens and presidents!
4. You would not be the first person to attempt something like that, but if you want to improve the lot of the poor in Africa help them to get rid of their rotten corrupt governments.
5. Grow drugs, they are the best cash crops!!!!!
6. Get them first of all to manage to build proper stable house on their own individual land, than get them into education, than ones the children are grown up, send them abroad to earn more money, than they can come back home and spend all that money on their parents, and fix up their villages with better planting systems and shops etc, avoid mac donalds and fast food chains in general...
