Anyone own a business or manages a company that I can ask 10 questions for business class?
What is the most creative idea you have ever thought of in relation to your service to the company? How do you generate new ideas? Describe the most creative employee who ever worked for you, and how you encouraged that employee to generate useful ideas. What do you find to be the greatest challenge to making sure your coworkers' creativity gets converted to practical innovations? Describe the characteristics of the most creative employee in the office. Is this most creative employee also the most innovative? Why or why not? When your coworkers' come up with a novel idea that is not practical or profitable, what feedback do you provide them with? Do you consider your coworkers' to be creative? Do you consider your coworkers' to be innovative? How do you encourage and implement brainstorming in the organization? What question(s) or topics should I have covered in this interview that I left out?

- My husband and I own a business The best idea we came up with was free coffee during the winter Generated a lot of new business I can't really answer the other questions because he and I are the only employees that work there
- I have my own company. I generate new ideas by talking with my customers and listening to their needs, finding ways to solve their problems or meet their demands by reading articles magazines and periodicals relating to the business, talking with others in the business, visiting vendor sites to keep up on new products and how they can be used. I am the only employee so I can't answer the other questions.
- I used to own a business but I do not have any idea how to answer your questions. You apparently are inquiring about an ad or modeling agency. I ran a semi truck and trailer repair shop (i am now retired)
- 1. I charge a flat rate for my service instead of an hourly rate like my competitors. 2. I sit down and brainstorm with my employees about new products and new trends in the business. We talk about how to serve customers better and how to make the business more profitable without losing the hometown feel. 3. I only have 2 employee but when we go out for a job we look over the project and figure out the best and fasted way to complete the job. 4. I love when my employees try to be creative, but sometimes its not always practical so we will sit and discuss ways to make it more practical and useful. 5. He is the type that thinks out of the box. He is fresh with ideas and never afraid of change. 6. Yes, He can come up with ideas and he looks at all the aspects of putting the ideas to work that is profitable. 7. I sit with them and try to find a way to make the idea more e practical. If there is not a way I just explain that to them but encourage them to keep bringing in the ideas because I am always open for suggestions. 8. Yes, I consider them to be both. 9. We have brainstorming sessions once a week. We always stress the face that we never look down on anyone and no idea is stupid.
