ECO INNOVATIONS, ? What Year did these two Words Arrive in Global Warming.?

The Words ECO INNOVATIONS HAVE NOW been coming up regular on Climate Change and I want to find Out WHICH YEAR did these words come out.

1. I have not seen the term "ECO INNOVATIONS" before. The first time I saw that term was in this question.
2. From Wiki on the "Origins of the Concept of Eco-innovation" "The idea of eco-innovation is fairly recent. One of the first appearances of the concept of eco-innovation in the literature is in the book by Claude Fussler and Peter James (1996). In a subsequent article, Peter James defines eco-innovation as 'new products and processes which provide customer and business value but significantly decrease environmental impacts' (James 1997)."
3. 2007 as until now, I had not heard of them.
