why wont my arrow keys work at the same time with my new keyboard?

i just bought a new internet keyboard from micro innovations. (the same one i had last time that DID work). but on this one i play a game that needs arrow keys, and for some reason the backwards arrow does not work with the left or right arrow....only when going forward. i didnt have this problem on my last one.

1. if this is the same type as last time...YOUR KEYBOARD IS BROKE!!! get a new one.
2. This keyboard does not support multiple key presses. Some are retarded like that. If it is a problem you might already have a key stuck down. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rollover_(key)
