Should developers of new technology be required to have their innovations screened before they are developed?
Public Comments
- absolutely NOT that will kill all innovation
- Most and legal innovations are always screened before develop because major developments requires big investment
- No. Who's to say the screeners are "All Knowledgeable" when it comes to new technology.
- How many of the great conviences we enjoy today would have failed the screening process. The first car that could go faster than 20 MPH would have been deemed a safety hazard and a menace to society.
- I am sure they are screened before they are developed. It takes a lot of time, human resources and money to develop technology.
- absolutely yes either u will destroy that technology
- By the people they asking to invest capitol in their new technology? Absolutely. By the government? Hell no. The government couldn't innovate their way out of a wet paper bag. Believe me, I work for the government, it is almost disheartening the amount of times I hear "but we have always done it this way" or "We have never done it that way"
- No, that's against freedom.
