2. Well, think of it this way: Before the Neolithic "Revolution", we were hunter-gatherers and had to move with the herds. After that, we could stay in one place and build. What would change if you no longer had to move around constantly for food and could grow your own? (btw- it was more work to grow than to hunt & gather)
