Has anyone heard any good or bad reports about Factory Direct (Kitchens) in Aberdeen?

I am thinking about them for a new kitchen but don't know if they are a ruputable company or should I stay clear.

1. I always thought it was some kind of scam. You have to pay a membership fee, they manage to get you in their stores offering sweet deals, only to have to pay a fortune in labor or something. but honestly, I don't know. they are a member of the BBB so I would first check with your local/state BBB about the one you're inquiring about. I checked one locally for me and they are in good standing.
