I have a wireless mouse/keyboard combination pack, by micro innovations. i cant get the keyboard installed-?

The wireless mouse is working okay, the problem is I dont know how to program my wireless kwyboard...ANYONE KNOW HOW?

1. make sure the drivers are working for it, also if it is usb then make sure usb port is working. go to device manager from system in the control panel.
