are there any other programs out there other than EZMedia box that can run a micro innovations ic455c web cam?

I have recently purchased an micro innovations ic455c web cam and the program that came with it to use.....sucked....alot, I must get a new program that works and I have tried the web and have gotten nowhere. Also if anyone can help me find a motion detector software that is capatible with a micro innovations ic455c that would also be helpfull.
