Is the Portrait Innovations bonus for real?

I have worked for PI for about 6 months now, and was promised a bonus at the end of the fiscal year because of my average, along with three other employees at my studio. It was supposed to pay out "some time towards the end of March" and it is now a week into April and there is no word. My manager has contacted the regional manager and she has no information on it, and the corporate office is being very shady about the whole issue. I wouldn't be surprised if they're waiting for everyone who has earned one to quit or drop low enough to be fired. I'm wondering, is there anyone out there who has actually recieved their bonus check? How long did it take for them to get to you? I'm planning a wedding, renovating a house, and trying to pay a 1700.00 vet bill. We were counting on this money to get ahead, and now we're falling behind. If it's not real, I need to know now. Does anyone have an answer?

1. Yes, the bonus is real. According to my manager, we should get it in "mid April" whatever that means. I thought that it was right after Easter, but I guess because Easter was really early this year that changed. It doesn't make much sense to me. Last year checks were dated April 11 and Easter was on April 8. That probably doesn't give you much more info, but that's PI for you. They love to keep people in the dark.
