Has anyone ever worked for Portrait Innovations?

I am a recent graduate in photography and graphic design. I have been researching the company but not too many details. $30,000.00 - 37,250.00 USD /year plus Bonus? Is this really true? And is this based on salary or if you work FT hourly? How many hours per week do you have to work? Has your experience been a good one with the company? Thanks for your help and feel free to post additional information that I didn't ask. I want to know as much as possible!

1. I have and no longer do. The pay is based upon an hourly rate with most of your money being earned during Holiday seasons, meaning that you have to work 60+ hours a week with one day off, and no vacation days allowed from November through Jan. and again for the month before Easter. The pay is 12.50 an hour to start, which if you do the math is around 26,000 a year without overtime or bonus. About the bonus, it is not entirely impossible to get a bonus, but in the studio I worked at only 1 employee out of 8 received one. The bonus should usually be around 4,000 dollars, but taking into around that only the top 12% of employees get it, it is rather unfair to advertise that as part of your pay. Also, benefits are not great, vacation days are hard to come by, and getting off days in a row are next to impossible. If you haven't figured it out by now, I am not a big fan of the company, and I am slightly bitter about my experience. You would be better off searching for jobs on indeed.com which caters to the artistic jobs. I wouldn't suggest working for this company for all the above reasons, but also because in the end you will end up hating kids, and the abusive mothers that make them cry instead of smiling. Creativity is judged upon how much you can up-sell, not how innovative your portraits are. P.S. after I left the job, 5 other full time employees resigned that same month from my studio alone.
