What is a Country Kitchen?

In short a country kitchen is one that has a rustic or antique look with all the modern appliances and conveniences of todays modern world. Country kitchen designs are popular because they can add warmth, charm and functionality to a house, kind of like that Martha Stewart small town home cooking pleasant feeling. ;-) lol... 4. A country kitchen to me is just a basic kitchen with a laid back cosy feeling, not the stainless steel everything, you can have microwave, coffee pot etc... And for anyone that adds a stupid answer No it doesn't mean it is full of farm animals.
