What is this job called where one designs houses, kitchens, bathrooms, and pretty much the whole house?

And how much do they usually make a year at average? ANd what about good desigerns how muhc do they make?

1. That job would be called interior designing. Interior designers make as much as $100,000 to $250,000 a year! (A lot, right?) Good Luck! Sierra
2. If you are referring to the person that designs the house before it is built, that would be an architect. If you mean the person who decorates and furnishes houses after they are built, that would be an interior decorator or interior designer. How much either makes depends on where they do their work and how good both their work and their reputation are. Bert

4. That $100,000 to $250,000 is true for the top designers in Manhattan, Chicago, Los Angeles, etc. but isn't representative. Most people who go to interior design school never become interior designers, and most interior designers don't live in places where people will spend that much. Architects have a higher income on average than interior designers, but of course they also design commercial and industrial buildings. It's also much more difficult to be licensed as an architect than to get into interior design.
