Is there a free website were i can design my own house plan?

It doesn't have to be totally accurate (to scale), I just want to play around with different designs. I would also like to find a site were I can design a kitchen (put in cupboards, appliances etc,)

4. I use a great program called Plan 3D. We're in the planning and design phase of a total home makeover with an addition. For a yearly subscription its only 2.95 a month, which comes to 30 bucks...nothing major. You can put in appliances, cupboards, change colors. See everything both 2D and 3D. Save all your work, print your work. You can put in jpeg images of your own things...its a great site! http://www.plan3d.com/pages/home.aspx
