on hgtv I saw a show where they redid the homeowners laminate countertops to look like stone...?
I've looked on the hgtv website and can't find the products used. It was an episode where they were decorating the kitchen with a tuscan theme and they redid the laminates with a product that made them look like green stone counters. Was wondering if anyone knew how to do this or what products I should use.... They didn't replace the countertops or tile them... it was a coating that they put over the existing countertops. I think they said that it cost around $300.00 to do the whole kitchen.

- I remember that one because they used dyed concrete!!! I do not recall the product name, sorry!
- did they use granite.granite is exspensive but you can get pieces of the granite they sut from other peoples order very cheap so when looking look for the pieces measure your counters and try to buy the pieces.people have big kitchens and have alot of money to spend they don;t care about what they cut off.
- The HGTV shows are dangerously addictive - so many ideas and inspirations... see below for the info that used... p.s. i have also heard of using colored grout for similar purposes
