What are some of the best (clean, nice but cheap) hotels with kitchens inside the rooms in the midtown area?

2. The Belvedere in Times Square - extremely clean, very friendly staff and every room has a microwave, fridge and microwave. Rooms start at $160 - you may be able to negotiate a better price at PriceLine or Orbitz.
