What is a good program to use for designing kitchens?

I need to design kitchens on the computer and would like to be able to show customers both floor plans and elevation views. What is the best program to use for this? I would prefer to spend under $100 to get started, but later on down the road I am open to spending more for a better program. So I guess I should ask, what's the best pogram under $100. Thanks!!
