New Innovations Knowledge Base
Will there ever be a time when technology reaches it's maximum and there will be no new innovations? Will humans ever reach a point where inventions, ideas, technologies have hit their maximum and nothing new exists to be developed. Let's say we live in a world where time travel, teleportation, cloning, intergalactic travel, nanotechnology, and unlimited energy sources exist, will we hit a point where nothing new can be developed because every single technological possibility already exists or will humans always find the next best thing to infinity?
Why would anyone argue/battle new innovations? After hurricane Katrina destroyed over 217,000 buildings and caused the levees to breach, damaging an additional +/- 100,000 buildings, you'd think that more people would be interested in a building frame reinforcing improvement that can prevent building collapses and destruction in hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, explosions, fires, and floods! These disasters dig into all of our pockets, whether we were in the disaster's path or not. They cause emotional distress, negative economics for years, and lower the credit scores of those affected by the disaster. As the only common occurrance to properties slammed in all disasters is that building and structure frames fail, when a new frame reinforcing system is developed and announced, why is there negative feedback about the discovery, and not the problem that the discovery resolves?
Do you agree that the new technology and innovations'll lead us to the unemployment & eventually to Communism? If we don't accept Communism the half of the American and world's population will be unemployed soon (estimated 15-20 years or even sooner). So Communism as an economic system is the only way for us humans to survive where we all work for free and get free services and goods according to everyone's job, not for money. Moderation in consumtion and production is the way to survival. If you don't believe me ask scientists. So the real threat to us is not the global warming but the global unemployment. Agree?
How has the company SONY encouraged and supported the development of new innovation? Throughout it's existence, how has the company SONY encouraged and supported the development of new innovations? New forms and innovations in college theatre? We at our college need to add some life and modernity to our theater scene. I'm looking for suggestions on how college theater or theater in general can be made more exciting and taken beyond Shakespeare, Arthur Miller, Harold Pinter, Neil Simon and those annoying mimes. Any suggestions like ideas, links, videos, things you/your college may have put up and names of playwrights and plays will be appreciated. I'll be checking in to read all ur comments. Thanks you guys! :)
What high-tech innovations do you think major auto makers should consider adding to their newer models? They know they need to find different ways to stimulate car sales and get the manufacturing sector on a better pace. And of course they still need to be safe, well-made, fuel-efficient, and even run on alternative fuel sources. But do you think now's the time, considering we are in the 21st century, after all, that they become much more liberal-minded regarding all of the newest innovations that are available? Something like a Star Trek "shields are up" device during a hail storm. What "space-age" item would you like to see included on an automobile?
no of any new zealand innovations? i have to do a ss project about BRILLIANT INNOVATIONS OVER THE CENTURIES! and i have to choose three inventions that have seen significant innovation. What makes it unethical for a Structural Engineer to verify/seal another Innovator's New Structural Designs? Example: An Innovator comes up with an improvement in structural design and assembly of building frames, that will advance the Field of Structural Engineering, the Science of Physics, and the Industry of Construction. The structures the Structural Engineers currently work on and sell to the Public will have more options, advancements, and improvements with the new structural innovation, to offer the Public. The new structural innovation will add additional structural innovations, educational, and recruiting possibilities to the Field of Structural Engineering. The structural innovation reduces the costs of assembling structure frames, and leads to reductions of material sizes to construct a building or structure. The structural innovation meets the three core Principles of Structural Engineering; Safety, Workability, and Affordability. The structural innovation cannot be acquired any other way except for Verifying the Innovator's works, working prototypes, and physical tests performed and recorede, that show absolute improvement to current Structure Design and Assembly, or by awarding the Innovator with a Structural Engineering Registration and Seal of his own. The structural innovation reduces damages and destruction of life, limb, and property in natural disasters and collision impacts. The structural innovation reduces work, labor, and money it takes to respond to, rescue and recovery, and repairing and rebuilding after tornados, hurricanes, earthquakes, wildfires, collisions, and floods. Which is more unethical; Continuing to approve buildings and structures that fail and harm the Public, or Verify the Innovator's structural innovation and improvement so that the Field of Structural Engineering can grow and advance, improve their products and services? The Innovator is Credited with the discovery and development of the structural innovation, and Legally Recognized as well as Publicly recognized as such. In effect, no Structural Engineer can use the new structural innovation or develop any type of similar structural systems without compensating or receiving permission from the Innovator. Workability means the same as Designability, as one of the three core Principles of Structural Engineering. It is ok per the International Building Code and Building Officials, too. Monophoto; Great answer; Please accept this clarification on the structural innovation: The structural innovation, as an accessory item to a primary structure frame/body, improves the structural performance of the accessorized structure frame/body, proven in several Structural Engineering practiced, and in the Fields of Mathematics, Construction Assembly, and Scientific Proof Methods and practices. The structural innovation thus becomes a Technology, because of the (positive) change in the physics of the accessorized structure frame/body, and the resulting improvements realized by the combined structure frame/body. Regardless of which provides the higher performance or functioning, the accessorized structure frame/body retains Primary Structure Status. The Primary Structure Frame/Body defines the shape of the structure, by maintaining the higher amount of rigidity and compression resistance, and was developed first in the chronological order of things. Monophoto; Great point about Professional Sealing and Patentabilities of this particular type of structural innovation. As Gaitorbait explains, when the Innovator is of another Field than Structural Engineering, the Works of the Innovator requires a Professional Verification and Seal, for the structural innovation is included with Products sold to and used bt rhe Public. As for Patents on the structural innovation, Technologies and Physics Phenomenae are not Patentable, but the resulting Products and System are, when the resulting End-Product is not assisted structurally by natural means (entrenched foundationed buildings, etc.). As for Professional Structural Engineering on the structural innovation, when the structural innovation consists of a continuous, Primary Frame aceesory which connects directly to the Primary Frame/Body, both Free-Standing and Entrenched structures require Professional Engineering Design Verification, of the Resulting Frame/Body System(s). As for the Innovator's responsibilities and securitization of his.her role in the structural Innovation, the Patents Office provides a Public Disclosure Rules and Regulations for those Innovators who discover & develop Technologies and Physics Phenomenae, which for the Innovator to "stake his/her claim" to the new technolgy or as Originator of the new Technology, in collaboration with the Treasury Department's Business Development Services Subsidiary Department. This includes that the Innovator establish a Business Entity and list all/part of the innovation in acceptable and Approved Business Entity Registries (minimum two). To Protect his/her Rights of Credit and Compensatory Securities, the Innovator must prove the Originality of the new Technology, and prove that he/she is the Person of discovery/development of the new Technology. I personally accomplished these measures by having my drawings eye-witnessed before Publicly Disclosing the new Technology. The measures (steps) I took to Establish this new Technology, and establish myself as the Originator (discoverer/founder) of Continuous Connector-Reinforcing Structural Strap-Nets (and Extensions), establishes me as the Author of this new Technology, and as such, I retain all Copyrights to this new Technology, and therefore, can require Compensation from any/all who choose to add this new Technology to their Product(s) and System(s). Once the Copyrights to this new Technology is obtained legally by those choosing to add this new Technology to their Field, Business, Educational Institution, Product a/o Service, they also absorb and retain the same Copyrights as the Original Innovator. The difference between Patenting Products and Establishing Technologies is that Patented Products and Systems have time limits of the Originator/Inventor, and the Originator of the new Technology maintains the Credit of Discovery and Authorship of the new Technology for Eternity. Gaitorbait; Great point on whether the Innovator is a Registeered Engineer/Professional or not. My understanding of this area is as follows: If the Innovator is a Registered Professional Designer or Not a Registered Professional Designer (Engineer/Architect), the Works of the Innovation still requires another Professional Designer's Verification and Seal.
Have you heard of the newest innovations in supermarkets? An automatic water mister to keep the produce fresh. Just before it goes on, you hear the sound of distant thunder and the smell of fresh rain. When you pass the milk cases, you hear cows mooing and you experience the scent of fresh mown hay. In the meat department there is the aroma of charcoal grilled steaks with onions. When you approach the egg case, you hear hens cluck and cackle, and the air is filled with the pleasing aroma of bacon and eggs frying. The bread department features the tantalizing smell of fresh baked bread and cookies. I don't buy toilet paper there any more.
how 'new' is the New Labour Party?with policy and innovations from the era of Tony Blair to the present.? some say that the New Labour Party from the era of Tony Blair is not in fact new. Over the past century it can be seen that the labour party made changes or reforms of their policies in accodance with the circumstances in order to win over the electorate.therefore the changes in policies and innovations of the labour party from about 1994 does not really make it new, just reformed.what do you think, is that justifiable?

B. significant innovations occur irregularly and unexpectedly. C. the central bank will often change the money supply in response. D. they cause prices to be flexible.
What great innovations would happen in next 5 years so that I should change my Laptop ? May be larger hard disk , more memory , larger screen , more USB drives , faster graphics accelerator card ? All this I don't need. I am quite happy with my Sony Laptop which has Blue Ray drive so that I can backup all my videos also. Can some expert guide me what new path breaking technology is likely to be invented for Desktops or Laptops in next 5 years ?
What have been plumbing innovations over the years? I have to do a science project on getting water from a tap. The history of it, like the different systems people used to get water, how they transported it, etc. And then today, how water gets to our houses. For history I currently have Wells and Aquaducts. And today the diagram of how water gets from the plant to our homes. What are some other innovations that have happened over the years?
How do you clean the micro fiber rags that come with CleanDr by Digital Innovations? I purchased a cleaning solution for my computer screens that included a cleaning solution in a spray bottle and what I believe is a micro fiber cleaning cloth. The cleaning cloth is awfully dirty and don't know if I can machine wash it or if I have to wash it a certain way so it won't ruin the cloth. The cloth has that texture that grabs and pulls on your skin if that helps any body. The cleaning solution is CleanDr. by Digital Innovations. Thanks for the future help!
What is the best way to get investors capitol for my new business? I am starting a new guitar company with a niche market(metal-heads) and have several guitar building innovations that will be going into the product. As well as progressive style, Warfare Stringed Instruments will boast: Innovative paint-less finishing resulting in a finish that is truly roadworthy. Custom dimensions and options in the overall design of the guitar that will redefine what a truly custom guitar is. An innovative manufacturing process that allows for on demand combinations of guitar necks and bodies. And an entirely new way to assemble a guitar neck allowing for the addition of strengthening materials such as carbon-fiber or kevlar. I have plenty of experience in marketing to get the word out about my product. As well as a robust web site outlining the literally hundreds of possibilities, a business image will be needed to establish Warfare Stringed Instruments amongst the heavy metal community. All of the marketing artwork will be done by myself.
What is this oldest of architectural innovations called? There are buildings throughout the world that still use a simple construction for an entranceway that was used over several millennia by the ancient Egyptians in their buildings and temples. Of course, the modern counterparts have put to use all different kinds of materials that are available as a result of technological and enginerring advances and not the slabs of stone that Egypt's masons and craftsmen employed. Other cultures and civilizations developed the more sophisticated entranceway that employed the rounded arch, but the innovation ("creative improvement") of the Egyptians was simply to place two massive slabs of sone several feet apart, and on top place a third massive stone slab that formed the passage. It is a rectangular passage primitive but functional, that people walk through that marks a stone gateway. What is this oldset of architectural innovations called? What is this oldest of architectural innovations called?
Who are the people which are doing innovations in computer and where are they located? I mean, we see faster and faster compters are always coming in the market, where do they originate? Who is really doing innovations in computers. Is it mainly American companies and American people, living in America or somebody else. Who actually has the deepest knowhow about computer technology. Who is the real leader? And where do they manufacture these latest devices?
What innovations will technology bring in the next fifty years? Fifty years ago a computer filled a room and could only do things like statistical analysis and cost millions. Now you have a more powerful device in your pocket that can connect you with the world, play video and music, etc all for only a few hundred dollars. If there have been this much advancement in the last fifty years, what do you see in the next fifty?
why wont my arrow keys work at the same time with my new keyboard? i just bought a new internet keyboard from micro innovations. (the same one i had last time that DID work). but on this one i play a game that needs arrow keys, and for some reason the backwards arrow does not work with the left or right arrow....only when going forward. i didnt have this problem on my last one.
Recent medical discoveries/innovations made possible by better computers and the Internet? Hi...I'm helping an author write a book. He needs some specific examples of recent medical breakthroughs (say in the last 10 years or so), new drugs, or innovations made possible by the increased processing speed of computers and/or the ability to communicate quickly over long distances. Suggestions can be in any aspect of medicine, but we are especially interested in cancer, heart disease, diabetes, or obesity. The more specific details or links you can provide the better, since we will have to source our references in the book. Thanks to everyone who contributes.
What medical innovations were controversial when they first came out? I need to know for a school research project; e.g. Stem cells. but please no Stem cells, i'm so sick of Stem cells. Past and Present Innovations, preferably Present. actually, just present well, in texas there was a big controversy over that cervical cancer vaccine ("i'm gonna be one less" slogan), but i dont wanna touch that w/ a ten foot pole
